Can I change my address after placing an order?

After you have completed your order, it will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Since your order is already in the shipping process, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address.

What is the shipping fee?

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Can I return my sale items?

All orders made during sale are final and are therefore not possible to be returned.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortually its not possible to exchange an item. You can return your item (witin 14 days) and place a new order with us.

Jewelry Warranty

You have a product warranty of 30 days, from the moment you have received the product(s). Have you received broken products (doa) or the wrong product(s)? You could then contact our customer support through email (info@glenniesjewelry.com. Don’t forget to attach at least one picture of the broken or wrong product(s).
